Selling Your Home?

If you are planning on selling your home, please be sure to include the following in your checklist of things to do.

• All dues, assessments and other fees must be current in order to sell your home.
• Use the documents below during your closing process for official confirmation that all payments are in order.
• Note: There is a $100 processing fee that will be charged for confirming and filing these documents.
